Supervisors
We are seeking full time supervisor to be employed by our company with following qualifications;
- Fluent in English
- Possessing a college/university degree
- Computer skills (word, excel)
- Resident in Istanbul
- At least 3 years of supervisory experience
- Reliable, presentable, with experience in managing people and interacting with the customer
- Administrative skills are necessary
- Able to provide reference and a police clearance
Work detail: Main duties will include supervising and directing personnel deployed as cleaners/janitors. The work will be performed in a reputable organization. The supervisor will interact with the customer, act as our company interface, direct and assign staff to their locations, ensure offices and all areas defined are cleaned, and attended. Tracking, and timekeeping of man hours, interacting with the customer, instructing and communicating with the staff, shift programming, managing of holidays and sick leave will be a part of the responsibilities.
